SAS Jeep 1942

This is the old Tamiya Kit. I fiddled with it for some time now. I added a few extra parts and enhancements but nothing near what it really needs. As I finished it I saw that Cyber Hobby has just released a new kit Of the SAS jeep....figures!

This Jeep was painted and weathered at the same time as my 4500 heavy truck SBS Volume 21, the only thing different was I left out the step for the Panzer Gray paint chips.

lovely work Bladerunner. How did you make it look all sand faded without it looking washed out? Its a problem I seem to have with desert finishes.

Nice job. I like your Tamiya adaption more than the Italeri offering of the same that I have.
