Wow, Laura, that is great!
Wish, I could paint figures that good.

believe me - figure painting is much easier than building and painting a panzer ... the only thing is that you got to develop your own technique of doing lights and shadows ... i learned my own technique (took me around 100 messed up figures until my first satisfying one back then ) and then out of curiosity tried verlindens way once ... and never again - the result was total horror ... simply copying techniques is not the way (at least not for me)

later - end of 2006 - i learned that my technique is very close to the bannerman way of painting - easy and effective! do yourself a favour and get yourself "modelling panzer crewmen of the heer" (mark bannerman - osprey publishing) or "modelling waffen-ss figures" (calvin tan - osprey publishing)

take the best of various techniques and distillate your own one from them

cheers

rusted the spare tracks ... work remaining: rubber bandages on the wheels, painting jack block and hammer (forgot both ) - then it's time to declare this one finished

cheers

Nice work on rust on sparetracks. Even if I'm not fond of rusting of vehicles in European teathre, even on spare tracks.
