Beautiful work. The pigments will show very nicely on this model.

Love it!
But it needs some more snow on tracks and wheels.

I knew you were going to say that

As you know it wasn't intended to be a winter build but after what you said about the testing I did an about face and weathered it as being early winter
as a compromise.

On the way to the field trials we ran through a snow flurry before the sun broke back out again.
Looking for a figure dressed for the cold but not freezing cold.

Best story I got muster
Any way lots more 4BO to come for you.

Thanks
Tony lee

PS: Did you see the Finished projects forum? More pictures there.

Tony, you're the great storyteller =)))
Ok, let it be so, but the trials was in the middle of winter=)

Yeah, I've already seen them on photobucket.

Uh, nice piece of work there, Tony.

Care to share details on how you painted the tracks: they got a very realistic appearance, I think.

Many regards

J

Sure Jochen

#1 Blacken the tracks with NOVACAN lead black used in making stained glass items. Larger bottles and cheaper that any hobby product.

#2 Mig Track Wash

#3 Dirt pigments. Up to three colors dibed at random.

For plastic or resin I first spray them with Nato Black. #2&3 the same.

That's it buddy and Thanks
