Cyber Hobby Sd.Kfz.251/2

Hello,

After a long break in modelling due to a builders block, I have decided to build again.
This will be the one I'll do first:

I will build the mortar version as it is something out the ordinary.

So stay tuned as the buid starts tomorrow.

I'll follow this with interest. I've barely started it along with a /10 and a /16, all OOBs.

I'll follow your work carefully. I planned to start to build this same kit in a very near future. Just completed a 251/1 ausf. D from Afv club.

Nice to see you doing some modeling again Tom.

Good choice of subject.

Hi Pat,

How was the overall quality of the AFV Club half-track.
I have one of there 3in1 boxes, the one with 3 complete half-tracks in one box, lying around and plan on building one of them after this build.

Dave,

Thanx for the intrest.

Check out this one, Tom. While Dragon puts more eye candy in the box, I believe AFV Clubs kits to be fundamentally more correct. And easy builds too.

Arild,

Thanx for the link. I hope I can make mine look half so good as your half-tracks.

Hello,

Today I have started the build. I began with the mortar cause I want to paint it a different shade of yellow than the vehicle.

Here are the first pics:

Now work begins with the lower hull. More pics will follow as the build progresses.

Thanx for looking and take care,

Greetz
