Problem with airbrush: advice needed.

Hi

I have experienced several times now that paint is accumulating around the lever of my H&S Evolution. It happens mainly when I spray at low pressure, but also when spraying for prolonged time. It might be an O-ring that needs to be changed, but I'm not sure.

I'm not sure what's wrong so any help and advice will be much appreciated.

In advance thanks

\Erik

Erik,
It could be an O ring or a Teflon sleeve between the cup and the lever. You should strip it and check the area. Also make sure there is no residue of paint in the front area that is causing backflow.

Thanks Ruben. I took it apart but couldn't find anything wrong. I guess the problem arrises from the highly diluted Lifecolor paint sprayed at low pressure.
