Not sure if you expect us pointing at the flaws/mistakes but I see some around ... like the right side hull vision block cover upside down, the spare rack links on the glacis ...

It will depend on our friend's choice for the decoration but as it is a F2 the odds are against these track links beeing there. They appeared in June 42 as a regular option which means a very few of them F2s would feature these links. Even some later Gs didn't have them on Of all the many pics I've seen only two did.
This one :

That one :

Of course most of them had spare rack linls added all over the place but not with this "official" design.
If one wants to build one of the F2s offered as a possible decoration by DML one has to see for that detail and (but I may be wrong as I built this one 2 years ago) I take it that only one decoration from the box need them to be on (see pic above).

Hi Laurent,

I always seek critique or I won't progress skill wise, so thanks for pointing out the Vision block error

Re. the track, this will hopefully represent '613' of Pz.Rgt.29, 12.Pz.Div which will be similar to your first picture. This will be purely based on the artwork provided by Dragon and not research (Lazy I know, but I'm still finding my feet building & painting without the added element of research )#

But, yes, please point out flaws & mistakes

Hi. I once asked Ron Volstadt, the guy who did the artwork, why he painted these track links on the box and he said "well, indeed we had no clue, as we saw track links on the other Panzers, we assumed they had some too" so do not believe he did it because he knew they were there ... just the opposite, he guessed they were there when they were not. Welle there was probably track links used as extra armor on this tank, but in no way as he painted them but more like this :

Because that's the picture he used as reference ...

Thanks again Laurent

I'll be putting extra track on the 'nose' of the vehicle too (like the panzer in the foreground) and i can see what you mean about the Visor cover too (slit lower down), the instructions from dragon were not that clear
