Tamiya's King Tiger

After being sleeping in the box for five years here is my second King Tiger to date. The first one was the old tamiya model but that model is so far behind today’s standard that is not worthy of mention.

This one was built OOB except for the Friul tracks and the Cavalier zimmerit. The paint job was done completely in Apple Barrel paints (the ones for ceramics) and the numbers and crosses were painted by hand with a home made stencil.

The figure and bicycle are also from tamiya and were painted in the same manner as the tank.

This one was kindly shoot for me by the soldier, good fellow that one!

Good build!

one thing, pics that are 600x800 are the best size. If you look at the upload options on photobucket, they give you an option of resizing to 600x800 during upload.

Great to see you finally got motivated to post some shots of your models!
Now will it be too much to ask for in progress shots of your M8??
