Dragon King Tiger idler wheel help

I just started building the Dragon King Tiger (Henschel Turret) Battle of the Bulge kit. I am starting to build the suspension when I noticed that there is a tooth in the hole where the idler wheel axle mounts to, however there is no key in the idler arm. The result is that the arm/axle will not mount flush plus I can't tell in what position to glue it. Also, were the road wheels on these beasts all steel or did they have rubber on the rims? Thanks for the help.

It's a nice kit, but I noticed that its kind of a box of leftovers from previous kits. I believe there were two sets of idlers included? Perhaps some mix up has occured here? Could be wrong, but I dont remember having this issue...

As for the wheels, they are all steel rims.

I recently built the DX'06 Kingtiger kit, 6324, which has the exact same sprues as your 'Bulge' kit, and the idler arms, parts B1, fit without any problem???. They do have a little movement, back and forwards, but this is so you can adjust them to suit the track length.
For this reason it's best not to glue the idlers until you're fitting the MagicTracks. It saves you any half a link too short/too long problems.

If your interested in looking, I built and blogged the kit here and mention the idler/track issue: (page3)
