251/22 Radio Location?

Hi,

Anyone know of the correct radio location in the 251/22?

PART shows it behind the ammo bin to the right of the gun, basically directly across the from the remaining rear bench, but I cannot find an interior picture that shows this. Can anyone confirm this location, or if it is not correct let me know where it does go?

Thanks,
Donovan

Here are some interior photos. They can be found in Panzers in the Gunsight 2 and Panzer Tracts 15-3

You can see the ammo locker on the right of the gun and spare ammo on the left. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any radio. Could they be next to the driver?

Lawrence,

Thanks. These are the same pictures I have and they do not show what PART indicates as you noted. It would seem illogical to relocate the radio, but then again the front was compromised somewhat in the 251/22.

Thanks for your efforts.

I looked through Panzer Tracts last night and the scale plans do not show the radio located behind the ammo bins.

Lawrence,

Thanks, based on that I will go with the original radio location by the driver.

Thanks again for the information.

Cheers,
Donovan
