Define Programmers...I do Lan\Wan support and some webstuff. If I don't know an answer I make it up, or find someone who can answer.

Hey Jim, maybe you can tell me why the Adobe Acrobat updater stalls on my iMac? Any idea how to get it to work properly?

I'm a certified Magic developer (not many of those around), and have a MCAD.Net certification from MS. Was about 1 credit away from MCDBA2000 as well before MS changed the rules (again).

About 4 years ago I made the change to analysis, and am now a Business Analyst. I mostly do process analysis (mapping, development, re-engineering) for Australian Telcos.... i.e. I know how to use Visio
