Just a note to anyone before they start this monster, some parts are extremely oily. They will need a good soaking and scrubbing.

I have started mini assemblies but not according to the steps in the instruction book. Plan to do a dio with some supporting vehicles. Would the following vehicles in the dio be appropriate?

Famo
Steyr 1500 towing the Flak SW-36
Sd.kfz 11 or Krupp Protze towing the 20mm Flakvierling 38

Not too sure if these vehicles are used during the siege.

In the book that came with Dora, it's stated that Dora was prepared to be used in Stalingrad. Schwerer Gustav was the one used in Sevastopol. Not too sure if this is correct.

Ian, are you going to start this any time soon?
Fletch, i agree . I don't plan to start anytime soon as I still have to finish my BR52 and I want some decals and PE for this , so I am waiting for all the aftermarket stuff.

Peter B,
thanks for the extra info
