Fletcher...I got the new Flak Gun from AFV 251/17...and I'm building it...it is better than their pervious one...the new one had workable angle for the gun... you will enjoy to building it...

Look forward to seeing your SBS progress on it...

Looks much better than their earlier version-giving DML a run for their money. Dan

Well, I bought the armorscale for the Flakpanzer, but I might use it for this one. Of course, I could just buy another one. I'd like to put it in a diorama but I don't really have any ideas, so we'll see what comes up.

Fletch,

I had a good look at this Flak gun both in kit form and built up and also compared to a built early Flak from Tristar at the Tristar shop a few weeks back and the difference is significant. This Flak is so much better detailed. I was surprised because when I heard that Tristar was releasing this gun again, I was scratching my head wondering what else they could improve. How wrong was I?

Have you seen the magazine with the flak round in it? Maybe if you could post some pics of it for everyone to see. Also the detail on the top of the gun cradle and the underside of the gun barrel housing is very nice.

It looks like there is a lot packed into this one. Looks like it should be a good build...have you started yet?

No. I didn't get it as I am gunning for the Marder IIIH. Looking forward to Fletch's build though.
