Just joined today and from the UK!

I like the 1/16 Trumpeters and have just ordered the new King Tiger! My interest stems from my time spent in the British Army as Driver and crewman of the MKV Cheiftain.

See you in and about!

Hello everybody!

I joined this highly fascinating institution a few days ago, but didn't have anything to write yet - until I found this thread... This site and its marvellous content was always a big inspiration for me, and I hope I might contribute a little bit in the future by presenting my humble contraptions.

As the user name betrays, my name is Philipp, I'm a 23 year old modeler from Germany and currently living near Frankfurt am Main. I'm building 1/35 military vehicles, mostly from of World War II, after having started with 1/72 tanks a few years ago.

It is not my first venture into modeling, as a kid I built dozens of horribly painted aircraft of all types and scales. Luckily, most of these abominations haven't survived the years past...

Here's my latest finnished project, Dragon's M4A3E8 with additional armour. Currently I'm working on Dragon's new Panther Ausf. F.

Cheers from Germany,
Philipp
