Panther G "Battle of the Bulge"

Hi everyone, here is a dio i finished a little while ago of a Panther G abandoned at the "bulge" .Please correct me if i am wrong but i think it's from the 9th Panzer Division but exactly were it was abandoned i don't know. The kit is DML's steel wheeled Panther G with rubber Tyre wheels taken from the spares box.Aber etch set and barrel was used as well as Fruil tracks the brass rounds are Tamiya and the figure is from Alpine.below is the photo that i used for inspiration [IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG] Thanks for taking the time to have a look, looking forward to any comments,Matt

You do know that the tiger now needs to be something special.
See that's the advantage of not being that good (like me), no pressure or expectations.
I recon you need to add a black and white shot, just for good measure....

See you tonight.
Pete

WTH!!!!!!!??????????? Do you have a time machine or something.....
Please move the soldier closer to the tank and take a B&W pic!!!! (Ok, just kidding, the soldier must be glued, don't be?)

Cheers

Cool Thats the schizzle!

I love this Panther! Not only have you captured the scene well from the photo, the ground work, soldier and vehicle all go tother well and convey the right amount of choas for a realistic creation. Beautiful work and I think your green is perfect.
The other thing that I would like to add is that the photos look great but looking at the actual dio is even better. This really comes out when viewing the real thing ......as in scale (rather than in macro) it looks so much more detailed.
