Burnt Out Modern Car, Mig productions
Here are some photos of my lately finished model. I was building it along side with finishing my marder scene. This was a project made for a polish modelling magazine that will be released soon.

It was painted with vallejo acrylics, oil paints and pastels.
Sorry for only 3 phots attached, but I'm allowed to show only a little.

Radek, really good effect....I can see how these 2 projects (marder & car) complimented one-another during painting. Which burned project was attempted first....? I really like this car as you've shown boldness with the colors that you used, yet also very good results.

Boy that didn't make sense!!!! what I'm trying to say is good job.

Looks very nice.

Im wondering however if the chrome trimmings should have been affected by the fire? Perhaps the plating cracking?

Very nice my friend! :)

Hi friends
Rick the first burnt vehicle was marder. This car here was rather a fast project because I had to finish it quite quickly - it took me about 4 days in total. I again tested the hair spray method and I'm satissfied with the effect.
Janne I'll see what I can do with those bumpers.
Thanks for comments guys.

Radek, before doing anything. Check it out first. I was actually wondering myself whether the chrome should be affected or not. And if affected, what it looks like.

Looks great!

I really like the way you've painted it, but I think that It would have looked even better if you had added some texture to the brunt paint.

Very nice work Radek,

The combination of colors is just right to give it a realistic feel. Looks fantastic. :thumb:
