Hi Dragan,

If you can get your hands on dry herbs like oregano or parsley you can fashion vegetation from that using small roots for trees and very small twigs for bushes. Use white glue (it dries clear) to glue the herbs to your makeshift tree or bush. This method also works well when you want to garnish a camouflage net. I hope I was able to help with your question? Can you try ordering online for lichen, or other groundwork material? That might take care of your lack of hobby shop nearby.

Hi,
Manuel, to build a dio i always use a herb (like: thyme, oregano) and special grass for railroad modeler (grass made by Faller(?)). I sprinkle my dio with it. I use white glue (WIKOL) or matt/gloss varnish to glue vegetation to my dio and then i paint all dio with airbrush green/brown/yellow colors.

Any shrubbery look for in the vegetable kingdom (in forest) ;)

If u have any questions, just ask...

sorry but of all the tings that "our lovely Croatia" is planning and doing to enter in EU only little problem is if you order anything from net you pay for exsample 35$ for model+10$ postage and about 80% for custom duty to our country...so that is little problem for all of us in croatia...= too expensive :( ;)

Tnx for advice I'll try oregano...maybe even dry grass from my garden

Hello Caramba...

Great looking dio, very nice figures, and some very realistic poses of the figs!!
One small comment, though...I've noticed some silvering round your decals, and since this is such a great dio, I think some dull-coat would do the trick!

Congrats on your beauty, John. :)
