hi there,

my name is joe middleton, and i have an addiction

plastic!!!!!!

im 18 years old, live in the north midlands of gods own country(england)
i work for a communications company as a systems administrator.

i mainly model british army vehicles, as IMHO we have the greatest and proudest armed forces in history. i also am rather partial to modern IDF, and ww2 US and soviet armour.

i only do german armour with big holes in it, and think there is far to much of it on the market, and it gets an underserved and unequal share of modellers attention.

im one of the regulars over on armorama, and also frequent most of the other major modelling sites.

i wish every success to gordy and planet armour.

nice little site youve got here mate

cheers

joe

hi gordy,

my dad got me into modelling, he used to do it as a kid, and bought me models from a very young age. mainly old airfix aircraft kits.

i never got any good until i joined the air training corps, and began to enter their competitions. i ended up teaching modelling and aircraft recce at my squadron.

i dont know what got me into armour, but thats pretty much all i build these days, (and the odd lord of the rings figure!)

cheers

joe

You should get yourself down to the RAF Cosford Show on April 4, the Hinckley Show on April 18 and/or the Birmingham Show on May 23.

There are Armour Nutz in abundance. ;)
