and I too am from Poland, however living in Indonesia. I buy models in Philippines though, prices there are much better. Seems like Indonesia has pretty good modellers though and this hobby is quite popular here. It is dying in Singapore, I myself saw two stores being closed down. Older guys have no time for hobbies and young ones prefer computer games. So, that's my report from SE Asia ;)

Welcome Lukasz, look forward to seeing some of your stuff. Janicki, thats to bad about the hobby situation in Singapore but sadly that is the situation pretty much everywhere. I do not think it will totaly go away though. At least I hope not.

Yeah, but in case of Singapore, being such a small place it is really evident. I went there with a long shopping list for models and found almost nothing! Two stores already closed down, third one selling rest of stock. Sad. I think in Europe and US this hobby will survive. Im moving soon to Africa. I am pretty sure our hobby is rather unknown there. At least in Kenya and Uganda no one would even consider wasting time this way ;-)
