Who still loves Armour!

hi all.....

i have a few stalled armour projects under my belt but have spent the last year and a half really getting into figures and busts :)

i still love AFV's and especially German WW2 afv's.....

so i'm doin Alpine's Panzer Officer in 1/16th and decided a wedgie would be cool

it's far from perfect but it seems to be going ok

Progress ........

sprayed the groundwork to represent mostly dead and dried up grasses ....... decided to try and get a ground frost look with some snow left over from a previous fall, now i'm pretty sure i'm gonna sprinkle some on the tank....

well I'm classing this as finished, any more fiddling and I'll spoil it

amazing what you can do with spare parts, corrugated cardboard, old mug tree bases, a coffee jar lid and about 18 cans of lager.......( over 2 weeks! )

hehehehe

Maybe that's the missing piece for excellent model building.
I'll have to thing about it.....
Like the vignette. Just enough elements to place the figure in time and season.
A Great job well done. :thumb:
