This pic shows the first two figures in progress, because the Marine uniforms worn early in the war and the common uniforms worn presently by the USMC in OIF, are very different, we plan on doing both an early war set and a late war set. These two will be from the late war set.

Is that M-16A4, with scope, foregrip and laser/IR designator a commercial item, or was it converted from an existing kit M-16A2?

The M-16A4 was assembled from a new set that Warriors is working on. Basically, we have made all of the different modules for the M-16 and M-4 variants. You can make whichever version you wish simply by mixing and matching the modules as you assemble the weapon.

The first set is in 1/35, we are going to do it in 120mm also.

When's it coming out? If soon, you'll save me some work. Too bad the forestock doesn't show off any accessory rails.

Now if I can only learn to paint a convincing MARPAT pattern. :o

There are actually several different forestocks in the kit, several different stocks, barrel and sight lengths, etc.

No release date is planned, but you will see it in the next 90 days.

Any chance of getting some Vietnam War figures in similar action poses.

Thanks, I'll be looking out for it.
