Hi gents, I do not have any AFV vehicle with wheels. I want to make some copies of AFV Tires ( in 1:35 or bigger ). Does Anybody have a spare tire ( with whells or not) in resin cast or other material ? I need ONE tire to make a master mold, to use in my future scratchbuild AFVs.
To sell or donate.
If somebody could help me , i would be very grateful.
God Bless you all. Thanks in advance.

Hi Fernando,
What kind of AFV tire are you looking for?
I have a 1/35 styrene Daimler Mk II wheel you can have. It's from the old Tamiya kit so it's not great. I have no idea if that would fit what you're looking for.
Have you thought about trying to turn a wheel from a layered disk of styrene sheets glued together? It may not be harder than trying to modify a wheel that doesn't match whatever you're planning to build.

Hi David, thanks for answering !:)
I´m looking for every tipe of tire. AFV, Heavy Trucks. 8x8 tires , 4x4 tires, something like that.
That tire maybe be useful. 1/35 ? How it looks ? Measures ? Can you post a tire picture ? is is with wheell ?
I would be very happy if you can sell or donate to me.
about your idea "Have you thought about trying to turn a wheel from a layered disk of styrene sheets glued together?"
Yes, I really thought about it, but I do not have a CNC Machine or other cutter to cut styrene in layered disks. If I get thats layered disks, my tire would be possible.
Thanks, for your idea. I´m make a try. God bless you. Thanks.

Hi Fernando,
Yes. The wheel is 1/35th.
The wheel diameter is 22mm.
Do a google search for Tamiya Daimler mk II or Tamiya 35018. The photos are as good as any I could take of the wheel.
What's your email?
