It could be one of those dumps that took a hit in Germany.
probly for the "wolverines" ss post war resistance or an actual ammo/supply dump there are a few stielhelms and a tripod on the far top left of the picture.
but knowing of the propaganda of the time they could've arranged this picture from captured materials to show their progress against Nazi Germany. my thoughts are that the latter is more plausable, cosidering that only one seems damaged, and how all the equipment is above the rubble...
