Can anyone tell me what are the inaccuracies regarding the old Tamiya Panther A with motorization holes? And what were the divisional markings for tanks and vehicles in the Herman Goring Pz. Division. Thanks.

IIRC the turret plates are set at the wrong angles. Tony Greenland reworked this kit in an article for Fine Scale Modeler about 10 years ago. ( might even be longer...)
The inner part of the Kugelblende needs a lot of work, it's easiest to make a small ball of 2 part putty for this.
Other small details are very crude, tracks are "interesting".
If you can pic this kit up cheap and don't mind a lot of work to get a mediocre model, I'd say go for it. It would lend itself well to learn some techniques like f.e. applying zimmerit.
Hope this helps.

On the second part of your question, about HG. Archer makes a decal set for HG Panthers, for an Ausf. A.

Thanks Marc and Stuke. Stuke I'm on FineScale and I've seen this thread. Thanks. Marc I've already started this kit and I'm putting Cavaliers zimmerit and PE on it. I intend to make it better than mediocre. Thanks guys.
