Hi,
After reading only in box reviews, I thought I may as well try to assemble this bug. After all of 40 minutes for clean up, drilling out the tow shackle up front, assembly, and a wash with brown and black watercolor paint, here is the result.
I am still amazed at the level of detail this thing has out of the box! I have yet to add the photo-etch since my plan was to put it on my son's shelf for future play.
Looking at this photo, I noticed that the muzzle brake has been reamed. I did not do it! :o

Even though the paint scheme in the instructions (which REALLY need improvement) are for vehicles in the former Yugoslavia, I now plan to paint this bug in a desert scheme.
I still need to assemble the other half of the box contents, a Challenger II. ;)
