I have two different shells for the Dora Railroad gun... one is bigger than the other. What color should I paint them? Thanks in advance for your help!

Mike, You might try this, http://www.one35th.com/model/k5/k5_ammunition.htm#Projectiles. This information is for the 28.cm gun but, their page for the 80.cm is down. but as this page has color and markings you might find it helpful.

If you are down to painting the last little details like that I can only assume the rest of the gun is finished?
I for one would love to see some pics of it. Feel free to post a few:thumb:

Thanks for the information about the Dora's ammo!! I am painting the shells, painting some figures to put around the gun and doing the base for the railgun. A friend is doing the actual construction of the gun. I'll post some photos as things progress.
Thanks again for your help.
