Thanks!
The vehicle is really cool. I get the feeling that this kit lacks the super fine qualities of the Dragon Pz III. I am really disappointed because the tracks are the crappy style. If I see it in the shops around here I will take it, because it still looks very buildable and what more to say, it is Tamiya.:p

Darren,
It is the 75mm gun packed into a Pzr III turret, you can tell by looking at the front profile straight on. IIRC, the only Mk III with a Mk IV turret was the late Befehls - where they stuck the 50mm into a Mk IV turret full of radios.
Not having the sprues handy - is the upper hull the same as in the Mk III L? If so, there are some corrections needed to the rear deck details and the radio operator' side vision flap will need moving. The kit has them being mirrored, when they are actually offset. While the L is a fun little kit and flies togther, it can use some sprucing up.
Looking forward to your ongoing build with this one :thumb:

What? Marco, you remove and clean everything before the build begins? I guess it gets everything ready to go, but I'm sure that I'd misplace or mis-use a non-labeled part.
Well there appears to be nothing holding you back now....build it!
Here is what I would like to present my PZIII Ausf N...

Good choice on the paint scheme and it is progressing nicely. Sorry I can't contribute with pictures, as my Pz III files reach only to the J version.:o

Not an Ausf.N but another vehicle from s.Abt.502. It looks a touch cold, what do you think? :D

I was going to buy this kit but was put off by the high price charged by the LHS. It was the same price as the new DML Panther D with zimmerit!
Lawrence
Yeah, great!
Thanks...Arthur :)

Yes, good fitting and good engineering...the detail is great...good for OOTB...I can't comment on the accuracy, because I don;t have that much reference on PzIII Ausf N :(

Marco, I didn't get it as well because of the same reason as you. And also because it has DS rubber tracks.

i believe there is a photo of the other side of 116 in Restayn's Tiger I on the East, I could check for you...
sorry for off topic. HOw will it compare to DML's panzer 3n? As I got DML's kit, but do not have the tamiya kit, as it's bit to much for my blood plus i have to save money now.

Hi Ruslan...I have no idea on the DML PZIIIN kit, because I don't have that kit. Are you start to building the DML's PZIIIN already. May be you can share some pictures for us...
Hello Marco, very sorry, no I didn't start to build it yet. I want to finish stug before opening on other box. Please wait or some one else will start to build that kit before me.

Go for it! I'll be keeping a close watch on your build.
