$900US!! What a rip-off!!
One of the reasons that Tamiya have lost me as a customer is their over priced kits riding on their S reputation (some of the crap they still box up for sale is embarrassing). Tamiya kits were as full of knock-out marks as you could get, they never corrected anything they stuffed up and you got the absolute basic kits (full of holes for motorization).
That kind off money should get you a fantastic kit, not some 1980s toy .

Sorry about the tirade but Tamiya get my goat up.
