Hello,

I was one of the 'never to be finished' kits... But finally I decided to try out new paints (Gunze Mr.Color) and pigments on it. I'm not really glad about the final effect, but I don't know what more I can do to make it look better.

Maybe you'll like it?

Matuesz,
I like the final efect very much. You have done very good job on the kit.
How were the Gunze paints?

I have the same kit at the vbench but it moves slowely and slowely forward. I treat it as a break from other open projects LOL :)

Świetny model, chciałbym żeby mój wyglądał chociaż po części tak dobrze !!!

Hi Krzysztof,

Thank you very much.

As for the Gunze paints - they're great. Pots are easy-to-clean and convenient to use. Painting with them (thinned with the original thinner - both normal and a 'Levelling' one) is just a pure pleasure. The surface is very soft, they dries quickly and, what I like the most, they are virtually insensitive for the other thinners. That's helps a lot in the weathering - I haven't worried about dissolving the base colour with the e.g. oil-based wash.

Of course there are some arguments against them - they're quite expensive, and they stinks...like a hell :D
