Well that's a surprise!
Here is a bigger version of the artwork- not perfect by any means but I'm okay with the result.

What "not perfect"? That's your best boxart ever James!!! If you would have asked me, I would have said that it is from Ron. It's got that Volstadian look. Congrats James you are the best:thumb:

My favorite of the Mk IVs - and you're painting is coming along great James.
Now I know why you were so blown away by Volstad's ability to conquer negative space... what is that - about 76,592 blades of individually painted grass?
Excellent looking tank painting, Mister T.

I think that's you're best rendering to date for Dragon! Well done! Can't say if I could ever wrap my mind about rendering the groundwork as fastidiously as you have here. But then, there never seems to be enough time to do so!
Cheers,

Where's the cast numbers on the suspension bogies?? :D :p
As the others have said, this box art is your best by far. Each boxart gets better and better and I look forward to your next one.
Hope you get a big box full of the F1s for this excellent work. :)

Thanks everyone for you kind comments. This was a fun project, even if done under strict deadline and no time cause of the regular job. I hope that the future allows me to maybe get better at it. My thanks to Tom Cockle for helping me get the right look.

That looks pretty good James, well done :) It's taken me a couple of days to work out what pic you based it on. A bit obvious in the end :o

:D LOL..I saw some AM suspension bogies ...from TANK I believe that have these huge numbers on the bogies! Obviously grossly overscale..it's one of those "trends" that's getting more common nowadays..As you said they are much much smaller and you wouldn't see it with under all the mud etc..
