Hello,

here are some pics my Revell Tiger II projects. As the quality in these little beasts is remarkable, those could be built OOB. But you just can't help it:)

First only one pic of Porsche turreted T2(Yes, I know it's not really a Porsche turret or Henschel turret but it's easier to know, you know:)).
Zimmerit is made with different putties/puttyes?? as a testing, Squadron, Tamiya, Humbrol, some other but can't remember it. Anyway, any of those is usable but it must be remembered that if putty is quite liquid-type like Squadron, let it dry for a while before start to make markings with screwdriver.
First I spreaded putty with model knife only small portions at a time. After letting it dry for a while, I started making markings with 2 mm screwdriver. It's quite easy after you get hang of it but remember to ventilate every now and then:)

I have made some alterations to model as I wanted to make Feb'44 version. I added a piece to front armour to right side. No pic, unfortunately.
Rear plate with altered exhausts. Sb exhaust coversfrom lead foil:

Henschel Tiger II here:

Quite OOB except Eduard PE zimmerit and fenders:

I first tried Part's fenders but those are too wide and didn't look right.

PE zimmerit is quite easy to use, almost like using Atak's resin zimmerit in 35 scale. By using Eduard's excellent PE glue I managed to attach all parts:)
Technique is as follows: After removing parts from fret with scissors and filing edged smooth, I tape one edge of PE to to correct place. I start glueing from other end adding glue with streched sprueto between PE and plastic. After first section is firmly glued I remove tape and start carefully to add glue between PE and plastic. As Eduard's glue is almost water it flows to every place. Be careful not to bend PE as it will show.
Some painting done:

Thanks for comment. I divided this thread to different ones for easier update and easier to read. Also has something to do with Kitpic bandwidths:)
