Today I did picked up some things while shopping for the boss (she got an "over-locker", which is not the name of a wrestling move, but some sort of sewing machine) and dad. Dad got a wicked vice grips (ratcheted) and a book on British warship designs 1929 to 1945.
I brought a 125cc bike called a Mad-Ass (I poo-you-not :eek::eek:). It's a town bike built by the German company know as Sachs. I suspect it's like most of my current kit and was made in China. The test ride was a blast so I can pick mine up in the first week of 08.

I went to Boffin's books and picked up 4 books (1 was dad's ship book).
1. Modelling the Stumgeschutz III by Osprey.
2. BMW Motorcycles in WW2 (R12/R).
3. Panzer Aces (I've had Panzer Aces II for years but never got this one).

The LHS only stung me for the Trumpy 150mm gun and DML's Gen2 "Germania Regiment". I'll be looking to poo-can the Bren clone out the door ad replace it with an MG-32 (anyone want/need it?).

...i think i'm getting a new Mustang, but idk for sure...i got that new ipod (gen 6) already and it's pretty sweet...and i got some clothes...i mean, it wouldn't be a very merry xmas if i didn't get...socks... lol :D
no models for me...if it wasn't already obvious, i'm gonna quit for a long while...work, school (i'm double majoring in finance and economics w/ a minor in statistics), my frat (yay to being the glorified bill collector...ie the treasurer) and my g/f keep me busy...i'll just save it 'til i'm older cuz i'll have more time and be much more settled down then...
and if i haven't said it before, i'll say it now...all of you guys do such awesome jobs on your models. it's very inspiring and the work i see and the type/quality of people that are on here are what keep me interested...so thanks guys :thumb:

Youre lucky Steve. :D Ive gotten myself a motocross bike(125 cc) this summer. (actually sneaking a few rides every-now and then,when my mom isnt looking(she hates that bike :D))As for model stuff...Well Im glad I atleast got something because Ive ordered model-related stuff on a total of about 500 $ this month!:D:o
The main present I am waiting to arrive is an airbrush(finally yay!:D)
So nothing special.

As for the Mustang, my MadAss would pay for your tyres and rims (if you don't pimp it out too much :)).
The bikes got a top speed, stock but I'm thinking of getting a sprocket cut to boost things along to about one ten, of about 55mph (90kph) and a 1gal (4.5l) tank.

Coops, niiiice thing, it looks like fun, although riding something like that here will result in freezing your balls off about 8 moths of the year.:D
