What new kits from the manufactures would you like to see in 2008 (in plastic).

That's easy.
A new 200 series of Armored Cars for Axis
A new weasel for Allied
A new T62 for Modern

In order of preference:
1.) T-26 (a new one, not another hacked Spojnia 7tp).
2.) T-34 with hex turret.
3.) Any German civilian-pattern sedan (Mercedes 374?).
Easy to please . . .
Cheers

In all fairness I am a bit crossed with DML for producing both initial and late Tigers but no Mid nor Early Tiger. Either I have to buy a kit that is original like 40 years old soon or I have to buy two expensive kits to get one.
So I really hope someone could do a decent kit of the Early Tiger 1 instead of making E100 that was never produced and like one prototype where built...in my opinium just a waste of oil. Okay sorry for spitting out all evil here. Here is my wishlist:
1) Tiger 1 Early
2) Tiger 1 Mid
3) 8 Ton Semitrack perhaps??
Cheers!

Despite just getting the Tamiya Early Tiger, I would like to see the same subject as a kit that doesn't need AM stuff to complete.
So DML Tiger I Early
T-34 with the hexagonal turret.
Soviet artillery, especially the B-4 203mm Howitzer.

How about a poo-hot 25 pounder and quad with a gen2 crew for it?
A scammel tank transport for recovering a mark 4 special.

Remember this old kit? I had a heap of them as a kid :).

For me I would like
In the interest of tracing the development of German armour a nice injection molded Neubaufahrzeug would make my year.
Next I would love to find a new SdKfz. 7 to pull all these artillery pieces around.
Next a well researched and not rushed to market Bergpather would be a nice addition.
And to keep the list somewhat short - A full option 1/16th RC Panzer I A (I'd be happy with a static version though with a full interior.)
A Sd. Kfz. 8 will be great...:D :D

Ah, yes, please. Quite strange really. They spew out one paper project after another, but the one monster that was actually operational they won't touch...

Besides the ones that was promised to be issued this year (and last..), I would very welcome a new series of allied guns, 2pdr, 6pdr, 17pdr, 25pdr, 75 mm pack howitzer - some of the present ones are going to be a pensioner soon. A new Matilda II, definitely. The german side a newly tooled Flakvierling and its self-propelled variants. And finally some new figure sets, ANZAC, Italian, ghurkas, British tankers, Indians, Marine corpsmen, Japanese - something different from "German XY Unit in '43 March", "German XY Unit in '43 April", and so on.

A pz4 J super late with all the extras would be nice.
8 ton semi track from Dragon.
One of those modern US tank transporters used in IRAQ for hauling M1 Abrams with the stubby nose (don't know the name).
JUMBO Sherman with all the trimings from dragon.
M4A3 with dozer blade.:thumb::)

Well,
What I am expecting to see (I have no hope nor dare I dream) are:
Modern OIF Armored Cars with Vietnam and Desert Storm variants
Su-57 (T-48)
Jumbo
But I do not know which other halftrack is coming...
For those dreaming of Dragon making a Sd.Kfz. 7/8 etcetera...how many original mold Dragon kits are there of softskins? I'd personally look elsewhere.

I'd like to see:
- New Pz. II ausf. C -> an easy job for Dragon

It will take decades before all this will be avaliable in plastic but I think those early war French camo schemes are very interesting so I had to bring it up!

Don't know... I have to finish a Tiger 1, paint a Spae. Pz. 2 Luchs and also have a Schimmwagen and a three aircrafts...
I've had so much to do in these last month that I didn't work on anything...:D
So I won't probably get any kit, but a compressor if I evere manage to gather enough money.
Anway, I would like to see something new from DML, nevermind what!

I'd be happy if manufacturers would stick to their schedule instead of all those 'they've been waiting this one' surprise releases ...
Just check the various listing of kits, and see what has been announced in December 2006, delayed until late 2007, and now scheduled for 2008. ...
Anyway, I'd like to see AFV Club finally releasing their M5A1 kit, their new Bofors and the rumoured Churchill kit.
DML can make me happy with the promised M3 HT series.
Bronco should make some more British Stags and Humbers, and while they have the Crusader turret for the Mk III Stag, a Crusader gun tanks should be feasible too.
Cheers, MartinD

I would love for Tristar to do a Panzer IIIE/F/G series all in one box. You could do both the 37mm and short 50 mm armed versions. Kinda like Dragons old Imerial Series Panzer IIIE kit. Another easy one for Tristar would be a 38(t) Ausf A.

Hmmm...how about the "old" kits that I have had boxed away for so long?
Not having been on the internet for near six months, my mind is still boggling from all the kits that have come out during my absence.
But it would be nice to see some more modern Soviet vehicles....so many possibilities!

My wish list:
Scammel, Bruckenlecker, sdkfz7 and 8 in 1/72 scale. Some bikes: BMW, Zunzapp in that scale, too.
35-scale: nothing for me for now. Looks like everything is coming anyway.

But this is easy:
Grille H and M - Tristar or DML... pressure's on boyz.
SturmPanzer IV... aka the Stupa (or Brummbar for the Philistines :D) - oh, and put some Zimm on the rebuilds for Italy :) :) :)
I've got to pick up the new pre-Zimmed Tigers... but would love to see any of the good late Mk IVs show up in Zimmed kits.
