Here is an example from the Panzer IV/G at Munster.
Red on the bottom and green on the top.

Nice. The circular hole in the flap is to allow the lower brakeligt to be seen when the flap is in the lowered "convoy" position.

Looks like red on the left and amber on the right...are my eyes failing me? Is this a modern allowance for traffic in Spain (where this one came from)? Or did WWII German lights include amber...I know their turn signals did.
