Re-issuing an old kit and adding some minor extra bits is a no go for me, i'd rather support Aber or other small companies updating my old kit instead of buying a fresh new copy..

Tamiya should concentrate on the market instead of releasing oldies in new boxes, this sometimes apply to Dragon as well.
