So I finally got a digital camera for my birthday YAY! So now I can post some of my current projects just like the rest of you guys.

Anyway the kit is Tamiya’s T-72 kit. At first I wanted to make it as a polish t-72 but after seeing some real cool t-72s in Iraq. I wanted to show a beat up T-72 showing that it has been neglected and many parts thrown away.. I had to take off a lot of parts off and scratch build the rear engine deck and took out the whole rear details and fuel drums. On the turret I removed some smoke disgorgers. I took off the AA gun and MG pouches and the thing needed to ford water (forgot what it’s called). The decals are from the trumpter Iraqi bmp kit it represents some tank for the Republican Guard division in Bagdad march 2003.

I got it painted and did a water color wash. I favor it over oils…less messy and easy to correct and gives the same amount of detail. I still need to weather the tank more add some more details and maybe I might build dioroma for it.

And forgive the crude pictures. I am not an expert photographer yet.
I hope to post some more images of my Tiger tank and my stug IV that I'm working on.

Any questions suggestions are much more than welcomed!
