So you are going to do the Afrika Korp tank. The model builds well and looks like a Pz I Ausf A but is not even close to accurate for that particular tank (or any of the tanks they provide markings for). The kit is a bit of an orphan with bits and pieces of several different production runs all mixed together. It is also missing valuable pieces to make the late version you are wanting to build. Things you would have to do would be
1. Plug the right rear vision port and sand it smooth.
2. Scratch build the extra armor strips that run along the left and right side superstructure.
3. Scratch build the extra armor plates that mount over the air intakes and air exhaust.
4. If you want to get real picky the aft two return rollers on both sides need to be repositioned.
Those are just the major things off the top of my head. There are more but that should get you started on the right road. Now this is all for nothing if you just want to build it straight OOB. have fun and look forward to seeing how it turns out.

Here's a review of the DML Pz I that points out some of the things that need to be done.
