How do I upload my own avatar? I want to use my dog photo again. It keeps returning "Unable to save image" for both file upload and URL.

I found that I had to use a JPEG file and had to keep it real small "The maximum size of your custom image is 64 by 64 pixels or 64.0 KB (whichever is smaller)"

It resizes your image automatically but the size in KB is important.;)

same here!

on multiple occasions i tried to upload a new avatar and regarded the size and the size in kb but there was no success always "unable to save image" ... i tried it with a pic a little bit bigger than 64x64 but kb much lower than the 64kb allowed (8,73kb actually) and hen resized that very same pic to 64x64 ... i even changed the picture from *.jpg to *.bmp and *.gif -> nothing :(

I to have tried to load a personal avatar which was under 64x64 and in jpeg format with the same results as y'all. It said image was unable to save image. Anyone figure out a solution yet?
