what color is ww2 tank gear

i got the m8 stoage set,
it comes with all these kinds of packs,
and sand bags.
so i went to the hobby shop and i got khaki brown for the packs,
is this right.
and what color is the sand bags.

i like to use colors from testors my favorite is field drab#1702 and i lighten it and darken it to vary the color....for this i use white, yellow, dark green, black...
and for the sand bags i use the same color..
