The best book for SdKfz 250 is the 3 volumes by Total Detail Publications. But it seems that they have ceased publication. They are not cheap but the book is very well done in hardcover, well researched and high quality photos on heavy paper. I would recommend getting them if you are really into SdKfz 250s.

Here's a recent post on ML on TDP

I don't have Trojca's book on the 250 and therefore can't comment.

The Trojca book has only 45 pages out of the 200 or so that cover the 250 and they are 99% of the Alt variety. The rest of the book is about the bigger 251.

Ryton has a book on Schützenpanzer and it has some information that you might find useful, but again the 251 is the major vehicle of focus

There is also a little bit about 250s in MotorBuch Verlag's Halbketten-Fahrzeuge by Walter Spielberger.

Wydawnictwo Militaria had a couple of books out on the 250 but I think they are out of print now. I have the first volume and it covers the Alt type mainly.

Tankograd Wehrmacht Special No. 4002 has some good shots of different 250
Neu types.

Any others??

Oh yeah there is the colour close up book by Jan Suermondt that has a colour photo walk around on both an Alt and Neu 250 refurbish.

Any others??

Hello,
I know it's an old topic... actual for me, either.
What about Terry J. Gander's SdKfz 250/1 to 250/12... "Military Vehicles in detail" series (Ian Allan Publishing)?
I planned it, as well as Militaria... as a reference, preparing to my 250/6 project

PS. Third, unmentioned reference's source are PA vets' projects.
