Hi,

My name is Flip Hendrickx (actually Philippe, but I prefer Flip ;)) and I'm a modeller from Belgium.
I've been visiting this neat forum for quite a while, but this is my first posting here.
These are pictures of the Tristar Pz I I'm working on right now.
I'm using the tristar resin interior, the aber PE set and some scratchbuilding to spice this little kit up a bit.
This model will be part of a diorama situated in poland (sept '39)

comments and critique are welcomeCheers

I wouldn't worry about it too much Flip. If you ask for an account for the vbench, gordy will hook you up.

Your build looks great. Lots of detail on a vehicle that is so small. I'm looking forward to seeing it finished as I loved the weathering you had down on your T-55.

Thanks for sharing.

Fantastic work on your Pz I Ausf A Flip ! I have this kit myself and the Aber PE as well. Seeing your use of the Tristar interior, makes me want to get one of those too !

Great motivation ! Send more pics when you can.

Cheers !

Hi Folks

First of all a happy new year and all the best for all of you.

Well, after last update I didn't have the chance to work much on the Pz I. (kids, work, the misses, you know ;-) )

I started painting the interior only recently in between other projects.
Here's a picture of the floor and transmission. the shift stick has still to be added.
In the mean time I repainted the black placard and used a decal instead of the painted markings. looks a lot better know. Only too bad you don't see anything of it when the hull is closed up :-)
The transmission needs some additional painting (fly wheels)

I used humbrol for painting and weathering. No pigment powders are used (yet)

Cheers

Super weathering Flip. Your techniques are really eye catching and truly believable. I am sure this one is going to turn out as well as your T-55.
