Thanks for keeping us in suspense :(

Very cool...well, actually, more like incredible!...and is that like the Panther section? (guessing because two other Panthers are in the background)

Hi RC,

The two panthers in the background are on one diorama, by Rhodes Williams. I didn't take pics I guess because I had seen it before.

Hi ,

Yes, the models that were there were quite fine, although it was not a big turn out, and I also just took pics of the very best ones, and a few were a bit hard to get at. Not as many vendors as I thought would be there. I took 52 pics, so that's it folks. Sorry for the blurry ones :(

glad you enjoyed it.

Larry

PS, Brock thanks for the added info.

At least you got to check it out Larry, even if it wasn't as 'super'...Ya know, I got the impression from the DML site that it would be like the convention to end all conventions lol...that might have played a role in turning people off, to an extent (?)...IDK...

It would have been interesting because I almost never get a chance to go to those things (at least the 'fun' conventions that is lol)

Thanks again for the pics Larry!

Hi Brian,

Actually, after Tom was done with his speaking everyone went up to the front and he showed his technique and passed around his tools, and we all took turns trying it out, and it was quite easy! Nice Guy. Thanks Tom.

Hey Brock,

In addtition to the 2 you mentioned, the dio with the 2 Russian tanks and a row of seated Germans is also his - I seem to recall seeing it some 3-4 years ago. :)
