Is there a 1/35th scale kit of the Churchill Mk. I or Churchill Mk. II? Is there a conversion available for the Tamiya Churchill kits?

There isn't a kit as such, HOWEVER, Cromwell Models is launching a range of Churchill kits. For more info look at:
PMMS NEWSPAGE (http://www.perthmilitarymodelling.com/newkitnews/newf.htm)
or alternatively, Cromwell's own homepage at :
Cromwell Models (http://www.xs4all.nl/%7Ecromwell/)
All the best, Jim

as jim says there are the limited run cromwell kits,
resicast used to make a few, but i think they are OOP.
there are several conversion sets for the churchill out there, many oop also.
i think most are for later versions than the ones you are after though
cheers

According to “The Idea Bank in the Military Miniatures in Review No. 35” - At least one is available from Cast-Off. Also, there are rumors of future releases from Cromwell and Resicast.

It's no rumor :) . Cromwell ARE releasing a series of variants. This comes directly from the horse's mouth as it were. I was in Scotland over easter and was introduced to the chief caster/designer of Cromwell and he told me that they were in the (next-to) final stages of the design and master production.... It won't be this week but it will be soon...gonna be heavy little beasts as well.....Jim :(
