Gordy,
First off, I want to complement you on the fine work you did. Secondly, I have a question. I saw this conversion set listed on the VLS page as a future item. It was listed as a Flame tank. Is this conversion for a flamethrower tank? And if so, will there be parts for that conversion?
Thank you,
Mike

HI Michael,
This vehicle is a standard M4A3 issued to the Marines for use on Iwo Jima. All of the modifications for use of the Flame gun are internal and so invisible to the viewer. But the markings and wood and sandbag layout are that of "COED 40" a flame tank.
Thanks,
David

Why is it called COED40? Is that the name of a specific tank you are trying to model?

Michael, thanks :) Dave's better at answering those questions since when it leaves my desk how it's marketed and sold is not in my hands :)
Alan, Yes, a specific tank :)

Howdy gordy,
Man....that stuff looks superb! And, if I'm understanding this correctly, you sculpted the bags yourself? What did you use for your medium?

I'm not usually a fan of Shermans, but this one is kinda cool looking with the extra armor.
Any updates??
