Here's some shots of my Stug. Tamiya kit with Eduard barrel and Tamiya etch set. I'll be adding a Warriors commander figure, and their Kharkov SS pair. I'll be basing this off of pics from Platz der Leibstandarte.

Thanks Willy. I think I'll go with some Fruil ostketten tracks and add some Aber PE for tool clamps and such. I was considering modifying the spare track and road wheel stowage, but I left the refs at behind while I'm at my parents' house this week.

Thanks man, I don't have a digi cam, but I have pretty much completed construction except for the tools and their clamps. I'll see if it's possible to bum one from a friend or the library, but unless I get one there's going to be no pics for awhile. I textured the armor using liquid cement too. By the way, no building for me tonight, i wnet out on Platteville's 2nd Street and i'm no condition to do so.

Did some armor texturing with liquid glue, you can see the effects here-

Still have to add the spare track rack, I'll probably detail it with some MK wingnuts.
The Tamiya engine grilles set was used on the kit, went in perfectly-

Looks great Evan. Do you actually spray the Mr Surfacer through your airbrush? Doesn't it clog?

Ian,
you can spray it through your airbrush, but you need to thin it heavily with Laquer thinner, and have a WELL ventilated place to do it. Not near say a water heater or such. Then clean it out right away with same thinner.
The Stug is looking good Evan.
