Flak,
I am going to use the Voyager sets:
35045. Sd.Kfz.251 Ausf.D Basic Type (DRA)
35043. Sd.Kfz.251 Ausf.D w/75mm KwK37 (DRA)
Lot of bang for your buck or PE in this case . Has floor pan, resin tires, tools and seems a lot of PE for $16.75.

Hi Mike,
What is the Voyager's Floor Plate look like? Are the pattern for the Floor look good?

There's no sprue to cut them from, which means nothing gets in the way of the fun time you'll have filling and sanding all those pin marks! I took one look at those and said no thanks...
It's looking good so far Mike. Keep it up.

Hi Mike,
I think your wheels look great. As for the tracks, have you seen my sbs on Sherman MK tracks? It's inside my M-36 build. I think you'll see what I mean. Not to burst your bubble or anything but if you glued your outside wheels together, I would suggest trying to pull them apart asap as you won't be able to put them all on. What I mean is the inside one goes on first then the middle, or double wheel, THEN the outside wheel. Thats why they're called interleaved. If you haven't glued them together, then disregard my whole rambling. ;)

While glueing the inner and outer wheels together may not have been a very good idea, hope is not all lost. One way to mount the wheels, may be to line up the wheels in the interleaved fashion, keeping the wheels together with tape along the wheel edges, laying them on the table with hub caps down. Then I think it would be possible to "thread" the suspension arms down into the wheels. Or maybe an easier way, is to put the vehicle on the side, and try to apply the taped-together wheels to the suspension. If the glue has set, I'd rather try this, than to try to pry them apart.
Keep us posted on developments!
Arild :)

Thanks Larry and astralscooter for your advice but I glued them together on purpose. I guess it’s just the way I have done it in the past. One reason for me I guess doing them this way is I can make sure the 2 half’s of the inner and outer are straight. You can put them on just fine when assembled. You just have to start at one end and work your way in the opposite direction.

Your right. That’s what I mean. They have pin marks from hell. Well I a few sets of the AFV tracks but I am thinking maybe Modelkasten or the ever popular Friul's. Just not sure yet. I do like the other kit ones. The detail is nice but they the early type and the worst part have to cut and clean them. Just not sure which way this will go.

Mike,
Ahhhh, very good. Yes it can be tricky getting all those wheels, so close together,
on straight. Great!. I've got some MK tracks for the 250 I'll post up a pic later today. They go together pretty much like Dragon's do without the pin marks. ;)

Small update.
Got my PE in.

Have the roller details done and the I went with the EZ tracks but may still change my mind.

http://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c32/mnickolson/DML_SdKfz251_D_3n1/100_1591Small.jpg
But when I went to use the PE I found out it will not fit. I started looking around and found that my floor is different. Here is a Picture from James's build and a picture of mine. The center is different sizes

So I may just get the aber floor set.

Interesting, seems that Dragon corrected the problem with their floor and you got a good one. That hump thing in the middle is the correct size (or at least close to it-never know with those Dragon 251s ;) ) on yours. On a good deal of their kits it is much too small and needs to be corrected. So it seems you have the opposite problem from everyone else- instead of an inaccurate floor that needs PE to fix it, your PE doesn't fit your (somewhat more) accurate floor! :o Lovely hobby, isn't it?

Or,
ya could just cut it and custom fit it! ;) use scissors. use some paper or card to make a template then trim to fit.
Just my 2 cents worth.
