Well, might as well keep with the Trumpeter theme here.

Not even sure why I picked this one up. Cheap I guess! This kit has not been quite as easy as the KV-2, Emil, or SA-6 to assemble. The suspension had a lot of fiddly bits and I cannot comment on accuracy as I have zilch for reference for this vehicle.

I tried to ensure that all roadwheels would be touching the ground evenly, but was unsuccessful in my attempt. However, a little lead weight will help alleviate the problem.

Some shots of the upper hull attached, but not glued down:

Not sure what vehicle I will finish as, possibly USMC in Afghanistan which I have some shots of somewhere.

Stuke, what about Aussie? 2Cav and 3/4Cav used Marine Corps stocks issued direct for as our first ASLAV's were being built. Still in Marine Corps camo too..

There are lots of shots around of them in use, otherwise i can scan you some images..go on, you know you want to!

Yeah, it's my dio possibility. USMC with flipped over SA-6 in the background. :)

Sam, fire me off a few of those Aussie pics, definitely worth taking a look at!

Thanks for the links Vince, very helpful.

I've decidded to hold off on this model until I can afford to get some sets for it from Voyager and Legends. Modeling this vehicle without a ton of gear just doesn't seem right
