Needs Help : Opel Ambulance

Hi,

as i want to be part of a french competition, i have to scratch the opel ambulance but don't have any references pictures about it. :(

If nobody have pictures of this model of opel, any opel blitz transformed in ambulance to transport wounded soldiers.
