Maybe for us that aren't as knowledgable about this subject, you could elaborate on what you are refering to? ;)
THis can be a start;
"Ok so every T-34 was leaking that much... Is it having a baby? How can transmission leak so much? Very interested to see a photo of that. T-34 that is on the repair doesn't counts. Radiator leaking oil too? Exhaust leaking oil too?
Photo #3 why is back plate welded? With have tons of photo with that plate open up to remove the transmission.
Are roar wheels from a Zvezda kit?"

OK, why don't you share some of that criticism with Mr. Jimenez on ML? I'm sure Mig knows what he's doing, and the other posters seem to find nothing wrong with it.
If you check, I did say that to him.
"I'm sure Mig knows what he's doing", you wanna bet on that?

OK, my bad. Didn't see that you posted that for some reason. Not trying to be a smart ass. And I am no expert on T-34s, but I do find it a little strange that you have such comments for a model that everyone else seems to like, and one by a respected modeller like Mig no less. I guess we have a difference of opinion. That's cool.
What do you mean an opinion? I can support all my facts, and I'm waiting for a mig to support he's.
That is why this post was made cause every one seems to like it. Model THat isn't made correct.
Finding it strange that every one seems to call it a "master" model with out knowing a thing about T-34. Now that is strange.

Ruslan.
I don't see what your intentions are here as you have failed to point out other minor imperfections on other guys models.
This overly critical attack on Mig is unjustified and it saddens me he feels he has to lower himself to answer your irrelevant criticism.

If anyone wants a good laugh, read Nick Cortese's reply to that post. Ruslan, it's fine to point out what you think is wrong with it, but not so nice to call it a "joke" model.

I think we have to make some allowances for Dojo, I mean he is Russian, I believe, and perhaps his way of communicating is a little ruff compared to us North Americans ;)

The turret will be not in the original place, this is why I need to ad the interior.
Maybe that's what's with the oil? IDk though...just a guess...
Nice looking T-34/76 you are working on Ruslan :thumb:

Willy Naylor, how are "minor imperfections" ?
"Quit while you're behind Ruslan" you allways quit half way? Looks like you are better man that I am 8)
panzerfaust, interesting fact that you are point out my nationality. My RUSSIAN education tell me that it's a nationality discrimination.

Ruslan, I think I know where you are coming from...for you, it's a matter of national pride. The T-34 helped your country to defeat Hitler and I totally get what you are talking about. I don't think you should take it personally. :)
I say that because honestly building something like the Sherman is not anything special for me, but I don't like people to disrepect it because it's from my country...So I get what you are saying....

Maybe you can try to explain the problems you see in MIG's tank more clearly for us- like what should be done- can you explain in more detail? ;)
sorry Hill, not really. This is done because of that as I don't really care how people do their T-34, KV... Mig said that he done he's homework on T-34!! And that he's T-34 is accurate, it's a "master piece!!! " and done with the "soul".
If its true way some many errors?
Every one calls mig a master so I expect to see model that is accurate and done good.
Do not compare me to Mig! I don't call my self a master builder!

Your not directly saying that you are a master builder (of Soviet/Russian armor), yet you are, pointing out his flaws...
Mig did say The turret will be not in the original place, this is why I need to ad[d] the interior.
You also said...
...Mig said that he done he's homework on T-34!! And that he's T-34 is accurate, it's a "master piece!!! " ...Every one calls mig a master ...
Maybe he's just going with the flow of things ;)
Besides, what is one T-34 to the about 90,000 that were made (that's how many were produced, right?)

The T-34 design evolved throughout the war: the T-34/76B had a rolled-plate turret; the T-34/76C had twin roof hatches instead of the one large hatch; from the winter of 1942/3 the T-34/76D introduced a hexagonal turret, wider gun mantlet and jettisonable exterior fuel tanks; the T-34/76E added a cupola on the turret for the commander and was of all welded construction; the T-34/76F Had a cast rather than welded turret; during the winter of 1943/4 production of the T-34/85 began and used the turret of the KV-85 tank which included an 85-mm main gun plus space for an additional crew member so the commander did not also have to fire the gun.

This flaws are not something special. You can read about this is in books, magazines.
90000 been made but it doesn't mean that you have to T-34 any way you want.
T-34 didn't had any "E", "D", they go by year and factory.

Dojo there is no discrimination, panzerfaust pointed out that the tone of your commentary is not peaceful simply lost in translation. You have stated your case with Mig's model (not finished by the way it could be part of a diorama with a damaged factory with dust and oils leaking all over it)
It is time to take it offline.
Enough.
